If this is your first
visit to the Nitpicker's Guide, be sure to read THE KEYS before you continue on to the
other sections of the website. It
provides vital background material. See the menu button on
the left.

overviews.
Welcome
to The NITPICKER'S GUIDE. The material on this
website about doctrinal debates is aimed in particular
at those readers with a background in the Sabbatarian
Church of God movement. But the information has
universal application, and thus may be of interest to
people from a wide variety of other religious
backgrounds. For more details on the purpose of the
site, see the FAQ.
If you
are reading an article on the site and come to an
unfamiliar term that is in italics and underlined,
clicking on the word or phrase will take you to a short
definition in the NITPICKER'S Lexicon. You can
then use the BACK button on your browser to return to
the article at the point you left it. Use the Lexicon
Menu button at the left to go directly to that
Lexicon for browsing.

the source of any specific material quoted or ideas extensively adapted from any one resource. However, in a project of this size, it is possible that editorial re-working may obscure the clarity of reference citations. And in some cases, the exact source of quotations may
have been unavailable.
